Another attempt - Day 1

Today's weight: 242.4

Breakfast: Wasa w/cream cheese x 3
Morning snack: Fruit cup
Lunch: Chicken salad wrap from Sam's
Afternoon snacks: Fruit cup, Cheetos, raisins
Dinner:
Drinks: 1 can Diet Pepsi, water

Exercise: Walked 35 minutes on treadmill at 3.3 mph, 2 walks around 275 atrium every floor, 10 minutes each
