Reviving the lost art

Taking up blogging again, this time with a purpose: to keep track of my efforts at eating, staying healthy and losing some weight.

Breakfast: Toast (2 slices) with PB
Morning snack: 2 beef sticks, 0.5 breadstick
Lunch: Leftover Italian noodles
Drinks: 2 cans diet Pepsi, water
Dinner: Ramen noodles, steak and pineapple chunks
Evening snack: 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies

Walked with Sharon at lunch on the parkway near home for ~ 40 minutes.
Walked around 275 atrium in afternoon for 10 minutes.

Snow is coming tomorrow. More indoor walking to come.
